Production launch

Runelogic is live.

Runelogic is an AI-driven pen-and-paper RPG experience, where the AI Game Master can read your character sheet, use your adventure context, and play by Dungeon World rules.
The game system and setting are based on Dungeon World by Sage LaTorra and Adam Koebel.

This is still an early release, but it is now a solid, playable base. Not everything is polished yet, but it is no longer just a rough prototype.

What works right now

Here is what is already in place and working:

  • Character creation, including class-specific setup and recent bug fixes
  • Inventory management, with AI-driven item consumption during play
  • Adventure flow end to end: create adventure, open it, and chat with the AI GM
  • AI chat that can use character stats, moves, inventory, and spells
  • Mobile support across navigation, character creator, and adventure chat
  • Credit/payment flow for usage

In short: you can create a character, start an adventure, and actually play sessions on desktop or mobile.

What to expect

This first public version still has rough edges.
You will run into inconsistent UI in places, and there are gaps in game depth that I already know about.

That said, the core loop is there, and I am confident it is fun to use right now.

What comes next

The biggest next step is the campaign system.

Right now, the AI GM still has to improvise a lot of world context on the fly. It works, but adventures can feel a little same-ish over time (yes, there is still a non-zero chance you meet another elf named Elara).

Dungeon World has strong campaign structures, and I want to bring more of that into Runelogic so stories feel less random and more grounded in ongoing world state.

Beyond that, I am focused on:

  • More character classes and class depth
  • Better Dungeon World rules awareness in the AI GM
  • Cleaner, more consistent UI and interaction design

If you try Runelogic, I would really love your feedback, especially on what feels fun and what breaks immersion.
Send a mail with feedback, any problems you encounter, or ideas for future improvement to support@runelogic.app.

Thanks for reading,

Joel
